 House Bill, Revenue and Taxation, adding language to 68 - 2358, to provide an income tax deduction for the purchase of "Negative Outcomes Insurance".

 House Bill, Revenue and Taxation, adding language to 47 1104 to place monies from Oklahoma Vehicle License Registration receipts in a "high county usage road" and creating said fund in title 68.

 House Bill, Schools, adding language to 70 - Article 23 calling for the creation of "The Oklahoma Channel" providing gavel to gavel television coverage of the judicial, executive and legislative proceedings.

 Joint Resolution, Constitution, calling for an election for a constitutional amendment to Section 21 of Article V abolishing the Legislative Compensation board and tying legislative salaries to US Census Bureau of Economic Analysis economic depiction of the average salary in Oklahoma.

 Joint Resolution, State Government, requesting the Secretary of State to place the Great State Seal of Oklahoma in Guthrie during the week of the Centennial Celebration in November of 2007.

 Joint Resolution, Constitution, calling for an election for a constitutional amendment to Section 8B of Article X proposing restrictions on the increase in property tax assessments and providing provisions for County Commissioners to make recommendations to the people for the setting of such cap prior to each general election.
